Are you facing a challenge or transition and looking for guidance from an attentive and curious listener? Someone who will empower you to play to your strengths as you discover and implement a truly meaningful life.

As a life coach, I guide individuals who feel stuck toward living with purpose and clarity. My journey to becoming a coach wasn’t a straight path—it was actually quite bumpy. It was shaped by overcoming challenges with anxiety, depression, self-doubt.  Also finding clarity through several major life transitions.* Who am I know that my children are becoming independent?” and “Who am I as I navigate life after divorce?”

Through these challenges, one thing became clear: I developed a deep desire to help others transform their times of transition into opportunities for growth.

As a coach, my work awakens possibilities and creates forward movement to change lives. I have the great fortune of seeing how this ripples into my many roles – mom, friend, yoga instructor, global citizen.

On a personal note, I am willing to travel for tacos 🌮.  A book shop is my idea of Disneyland. When I am feeling down a walk in nature or a walk with a friend always perks me up. I recently discovered cats are incredibly cool and can teach you a lot about respecting others’ boundaries. 🐈‍⬛

It is my hope you take me up on my offer to spend some time in conversation to experience coaching.

* It wasn’t until I finally began to see my mistakes as opportunities for learning, rather than accepting our culture’s view that mistakes made me bad or wrong. What can I say, I am a slow learner sometimes. And I am ok with that.
